Can you believe it’s almost March already?  And that means spring break! Doesn’t it seem to catch us all by surprise every year? And then it’s a mad scramble to figure out what to do with kids who are out of school for a week while you still have to go to work.

Lake Arlington boaters can now have their vessels inspected free of charge.

Beginning Saturday, March 10, 2012, the Dive/Swift water Rescue Team of the Arlington Fire Department in partnership with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary will be on hand to inspect boats from 8 a.m. to Noon at Richard Simpson Park Boat Ramp at Lake Arlington.
