Fatality in IH 20 accident identified
The driver who was killed in an automobile accident Saturday night on Interstate 20 has been identified as 31-year old Anniesia Oakley of Fort Worth.
Oakley was driving westbound on IH 20 when her car left the roadway, struck a guard rail, overturned and rolled down the embankment on the side of the highway. Both she and her passenger were not wearing seatbelts.
According to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner, Oakley was ejected and became trapped underneath the vehicle.
Police have not revealed the identity of her passenger. She was flown by medical helicopter to a Fort Worth hospital.
